Maybe a Wisconsin Maple desk is a good choice. Not too decorative. Add blue accessories to compliment the orange bag.

Q: Bought jasmine and wondering if I leave leftovers in the pouch and put in fridge, or should I use a container or ziplock?

I always cook the whole package but only eat half. I put the rest in a small Glad food storage container and keep it in the fridge. It stays fresh. I heat it in the microwave for about a minute, stirring at 30 seconds. Still tastes yummy.

Q: How long is the shelf life?

I just got mine, I only have 3 weeks to eat them. Awful. The one I bought from the store has a 5 month shelf life. Do not order these as they are clearly trying to get rid of their old stock.
