This one, the Arkon Pro Stand, comes with the UNIVERSAL Phone Holder and a camera adapter allowing small and medium-size cameras to be used with the stand. I’m having issues with this stand holding up my iPhone 7 Plus. I have no case on the phone and have tightened all knobs as tight as possible?

Many of the reviews on this product listing are very old, and not representative of the newer version of the product that has been shipping in the past 18 months. This review is a good example. Your purchase was back in 2017. Many improvements have been introduced into the stand since your purchase. Based on your feedback, it's sagging at the point where the top arm assembly connects to the aluminum shaft/pole of the stand. The chrome ball adapter that connects these two components probably has a smooth finish on it. Newer versions have lines or ridges that allow the collar to grip tighter. If you purchased your stand previous to when a modification or past improvement was made, and you're experiencing a problem with it, we always provide a n/c replacement for the part that may be causing the problem. Arkon Mounts has been in business for 31 years and we have a strong 2-year warranty. Beyond that, we strive to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied. Please email service@arkon.com. Request a replacement for part number SP20MM25. That should resolve the issue and hopefully give you the 5-star experience you want to receive with this terrific product.
