Our daughter is easily distracted at homework time. Molding wax keeps her hands busy while she focuses on reading. Stockman wax is smooth and easily moldable. Great product!

We use this in our Waldorf homeschool. Kids need a bit of help warming up to mold but have great fun after that!

I didn’t realize how small this box of wax would be. My bad for not paying attention but you dont get a lit for the money. Other than that a great quality product. We held the wax by a space hearer to soften because its the winter and cold in here and our hands were cold. Once warm its super easy to work with and it doesnt take much warmth.

This product worked well for the intentions I had for it. We used it to add shapes to rolled beeswax candles.

Making small creatures, people, furniture, flowers, it all seems to come naturally to little ones- about 6 yrs. If it is cold it is important to warm the wax a little, and to use small amounts rather than big chunks. The neat thing is that the children make whole scenes, and once a figure is finished, it hardens enough to hold any pose that the child has given it. Thus scenes can be created over many days.

We do a Waldorf and Montessori mixture of toys and crafts in our home, so I thought this modeling wax would be perfect for crafting with my daughter. Even after spending nearly an hour warming the wax in our hands and working with it, the wax was still too hard to manipulate. Since receiving several days ago I have consistently sat and warmed/worked the wax for hours on end to no avail; it is still too hard. I have opted to make some modeling dough with my daughter to use instead. I appreciate and understand the concepts of being intentional with your handwork, however I found this product only brings frustration after hours of warming and working with it to be unable to actually manipulate it.
