Is the non-stick material teflon? that is, does the bottom of the pan come w/a sticker that say teflon?

This is NOT Teflon. Best pans ever. Nothing sticks.

Can these pots be used on all cooking surfaces, like gas, electric, smooth top, burner type etc?

Beware when using on a gas top!! The handles will burn if the flame goes over the sides at all!

Is this a stackable set like some of the other Green Pan sets?

I stack the Frying pans but not the sauce pans. With all non stick surfaces you have to be careful not to bang them together. But I love the pans , as long as you don't go above Medium flame it stays non-stick . But they have better heat, it distributes the heat better than other pans.
