Not a bad infuser for the price, but could be better
Better then a lot of other infusers I've used out there. The metal cup holds a good amount of tea leaf. I'd say 2 tablespoons, maybe a little bit more, with no problems. The stem holds it under the water relatively well but I think the designed should have put a small hole or two in the silicone part where the stem meets the bulb.I've noticed on more then one occasion that a bubble likes to form in that part, causing it to float. That shows that water doesn't come in contact with all of the leaf as its supposed to.You can push the infuser down and wiggle it around a bit to get the air bubbles out and the infuser will sink again, but it would be simpler, and a bit safer if you didn't have to wiggle/jiggle it. I had near boiling water splash on me several times while trying to get that bubble out.

I do like this little infuser
I do like this little infuser. It's super cute and easy to open/close. My only beef with it is what I still get little tidbits of leaves in my tea, but that's nothing I can't handle. For the price, this is a worthwhile item if you're a tea drinker.

Great gadget, why didn't I have one of these sooner?
This is a nifty little gadget. If like me you make pots of tea, this little item will not end up stuffed in the back of a drawer with all of the other gadgets you've bought for the pure novelty but ended up not using.I use this in the evening when I just want a single cup of tea and don't want (to waste) a full pot of tea. I've found this to be very economical.Using this steeper will allow you to get that full flavor from tea leaves with what feels like the convenience of a tea bag.Just a note that the leaf and stem are wiggly, not rigid like a spoon. This doesn't make any difference to the performance of the steeper, I just expected it to be rigid like a spoon. The silicone part pops into the rim of the metal part, no screw threads, just a divot rim that squeezes easily into the rigid metal.Great gadget, why didn't I have one of these sooner?

Functional AND cute
My favorite tea comes only as loose leaves -- so I had a couple of those little metal tea balls to brew in -- but the latch stopped closing correctly, leaving it to empty into my cup. I was given a strainer that fit in the cup but the holes were too big and I ended up with a lot of smaller bits floating in my drink. So I ordered this and now use it daily. It works really well, is easy to fill and empty, offers the little tray for holding the wet infuser and makes an excellent cup of tea. And, besides, it looks really cute. I would recommend this without reservation. It works.

Three Stars
It works fairly well, but the design keeps air which makes it float.

Works great; cat loves to destroy
I had my doubts that this tea infuser would work well, but it did. That is, until my cat stole it off the counter and chewed it to pieces... I digress. The part that contains the tea is about the same size as a standard metal tea infuser. I was worried the metal part would not stay attached to the silicone part, but it was easy to close up and had no problem staying together. It worked as I would expect any tea infuser to work, and I liked the little stand it came with. Will buy again.

Cute, reliable and easy to clean :)
This infuser is easy to use and clean. The holes are small enough that my tea (yerba mate) stays in, but infuses well. The color is great too!

Lead Poisoning
I’m sure this probably came from China. Of course I didn’t realize this until after I used it for the first time. The only reason I checked who the seller was, was because my tea tasted of some sort of metal product. I’m hoping I don’t get lead poisoning after using this product.
