Would these stick to textured wall/ceiling? We have plaster walls with some texture.

They work great on our textured walls and have held up really well for several months without peeling up at all.

How long do they glow?

I unfortunately did not expose them to sunlight before putting them up. My kids room is very dark and they have never "glown". I can not take them off until I am ready to repaint as they tear off the paint. I am not sure how they will work if you expose them to light first but they not glow on the ceiling

Does it include all of the planets?

No ,this does not include all the Planets and solar system..
