It was damaged with a7 inch tear at the base and a stain on one side. Can’t return so stuck with it

Item works as it should, gives just enough lift. It was folded and wrapped extremely tight to fit in a small box, therefore had a 12” rip when unwrapped. No way to get it back in box so I’m stuck with it.

This 5 Inch Queen Incline mattress Wedge arrived tightly folded and rolled in a heavy duty clear plastic wrap measuring 31 inches long by 9 inches in diameter, and weighing 13 pounds.After carefully cutting and removing the clear plastic wrap, the foam was easy to unroll and unfold. The foam is 1 inch thick at the foot end and 5 inches thick at the head end, and measures 79 minches long by 60 inches wide.Unfortunately, this wedge has that pungent smell of freshly made polyurethen foam so I will not be able to put it on my bed for several days, or weeks. The last foam topper I purchased took weeks to air out in the garage before I could put it in the bedroom. I will have to come back and update my review after the foam stops off-gassing and I get a chance to try it outUpdate- it only took a week for the odor to just about go away. I can only smell it if I press my nose against the foam. I put this wedge between my mattress and my memory foam topper last night. It works great and there is no foam smell in my room.
