Very Flexible and with Weeks That Start With Sunday
I've used mostly classic-sized paper planners to varying degrees over the past few decades--had a chance to explore this planner before the new year started and have used it now for 8 days. This was a great choice for me because I wanted a monthly-2 sheet/page calendar (standard), a weekly planner for light journaling/notes, and a scheduler without the need for heavy scheduling. This is one of the few I found that puts all these essential elements together in one thick, but reasonably-sized book.I prefer this brand format which, unlike many others, starts weeks on Sunday. I find that calendars are awkward for recording mid-week appointments when the week starts on Monday. (Easy to make mistakes with Tuesday/Wednesday notations.)The paper weight and binder quality for this planner is decent for my moderate to seasonally heavy use with a sturdy spiral binding--the paper has holes big enough to generously accommodate it so that pages easily move. The only thing I don't love about it is the journaling/schedule pages are in the back of the planner rather than between the pages of the tabbed monthly calendar. Two plastic snap-in bookmarks were provided for marking them, but it's another step and I'm accustomed to accessing them in the traditional way. I'm seriously considering removing them and inserting them into a Classic-sized binder so I can rearrange them.An interesting tutorial for the "5 Choices" is included which provides good inspiration and doable improvements for new resolve in the new year for record keeping, goal planning and follow-through with tasks. This is a great way to get a full set of papers without spending significantly more and certainly worth consideration if you like this combo of features and want an all-in-one.

Company not responsive to customers
I attempted to cancel this item well before it was even shipped - they apparently had to order from Franklin covey, so shipment was delayed. Not only did they refuse to cancel the order but then charged me for return shipping EVEN THOUGH the item was originally marked as prime with free returns. Over $40 for a planner that was nearly half outdated (Jan - Dec 2025, ordered in late May). FC is historically expensive and not responsive to updating their products or to customer suggestions.

Love, except for. . .
Love, except -On the month tabs all days of the month show, and the latter days often show at the top of the month instead of with a divider at the end of the month.Update: 2025 monthly pages for May are mis-printed. Half May dates / Half March dates.

Don't ship spiral notebooks in envelopes
The shortfall is not directly with the planner itself , rather the way Franklin Planner decided to ship the spiralbound planner. The item was shipped in a softside envelope and the spine was crushed beyond use. It did not come from an Amazon warehouse. It came directly from Franklin. For a $50+ item, do better.

Layout is familiar but cost cutting measures are evident
Layout is the same as it has always been, however the ink level used to print has been reduced by at least 50% from what it was the years prior. In the past all lines, dates, text were easily readable but now it is laughably faint.I'd rather pay an increased price than to have poorly printed pages.
