Chile de Arbol Dried Peppers (16 oz) By Ole Rico

These were really good chili's. Used them for birria, turned out great. Also use them for chili oil.

I usually buy the common brand of chile de árbol at my local Mexican market or grocery store, lately they have not been spicy. These are really good quality and spicy. Love them! will definitely try other items and peppers they carry.

I bought four different varieties of of Rico Rico dried chilis and they are very high quality. They are super fresh, delicious and reasonably priced.

These peppers are great for making salsa or sauces. They have a wonderful flavor and are quite spicy, so a little goes a long way! There are a lot of peppers in the bag, so they will last me a while, but I will definitely buy them again.

Exactly as advertised, but it saved me a trip to the store

I was very impressed with the freshness of these peppers. Even though they were dried, they still retained their fresh flavor, as well as some of their natural oils. I used them in a Kung Pao recipe, along with some freshly ground Szechuan peppercorns. I will likely never be satisfied with ordering this dish in a restaurant again! Our family likes spicy foods, and although the original recipe called for to peppers, the heat produced with these peppers was quite sufficient with using 6. I may use one more each time I prepare this recipe until I find our "max tolerable heat" level.I will definitely purchase this produce again, from this supplier!
