Is this really a 5.3 oz bottle as described or is it the 1oz bottle?

My bottle is 1 fl.oz/30ml, however this is the same size I bought from a Clinique counter in a department store for AUD$50

Has anyone noticed a recent change in the quality of this product? I've bought it a few times but it seems different.

Yes, they have and I'm totally disgusted. I was running out of the No. 15 Cream of Caramel Even Better Foundation and went to Macys Clinique counter and found out they replaced it with a newer version of Cream of Caramel which is WN 90. I should have went with my conscious and not buy it Bcuz the container looked darker than the one I have. When I got home, I compared the two and Lo and below the colors are different. Now, I have to go through the process and find another number to match the old No. 15 Cream of Caramel becuz certainly it's not WN90 Cream of Caramel. Don't know why the changed/rebrand it???

Does it come in a tube?

No it does not come in a tube. It's a little plastic bottle that you can squeeze but you don't need to squeeze it because it comes out easily.
