Q: Will this relay with rated 24v dc coil, work with 24v ac to the coil?

Just a guess, but the load resistance for DC is probably much less than the inductive impedance. Hence, using AC may not give sufficient current and thus magnetic strength for relay activation; I'd go with an AC relay to be certain, or rectify your AC with a full wave bridge and use your dc relay. However all this is speculation and without measurements I am not sure at all.

Q: Okay these last questions have all not been answered, what we all want to know is what is the amperage of the dc coil? is it 25ma or 100ma or what?

Specs say 1.5 Wdc for the coil (and 2.5Wac for the 110 & 220 Vac coils)

Q: How many mamp from the coil side and is it a ul listed ?

Sorry, I do not know the coil current when hooked up to 110 VAC, however, it does NOT get even slightly warm. Yes, I know the mamp drawn would not heat it, but maybe the info is useful. I have no idea it is is UL listed or not. The package contained virtually no information, and the connector schematic was on the device and somewhat difficult to see. Nevertheless, when figured out, it works very well when wired to a timer for christmass lights; the contact seems very firm. The device is, for me, useful and so far useful. Good luck. Oh, yes, the bottom is removable as the relay is a plug in with pins, much like the old vacuum tubes. This makes wiring it much easier.
