Cheap replacement power cord for a laptop on life support
This is a great charger for my HP Envy 1403cl. I needed a cheap adapter, as my computer is not worth investing in. I had bought one earlier that did not fit right due to manufacturing variances (plug did not fit in hole due to excess rubber near tip), and I had to return it. This one fits perfectly and works great. The cord is longer then the one I replaced, measuring a total of 9 feet; 5 feet is from the longer cord from the wall. Great replacement power cord for my aging laptop.

Great option for the price
Had this hp laptop for 4+ years and the original charger tip bent and would no longer charge it. That was 4 years ago. Found this one and took a chance. Even the local PC tech shops couldn't find a replacementš¤. Anyway, the charger fit and works just like it did when I purchased it. Technically it's still a year old laptop since I never really put much wear and tear on it since the charger broke. Thank you!!! Now I need a replacement battery. Much appreciate Amazon!Note make sure your specs on your machine match that's all.

Does not fit HP sleekbook model 14-b017nr
I purchased this charger for a HP sleekbook model 14-b017nr, as listed as compatible for in the product description; however the black plastic around the metal part was too thick to fit into the charging port on the HP sleekbook. Kinda bummed seeing it was listed as compatible- had to return it.

Good value but different than the original adapter
Be aware that the cord length on this adapter is different than the original HP adapter. It will not reach from the floor to a table. It is still a good value but it probably will have to reside of the table next to the laptop.

Good replacement adapter
Purchased to replace an OEM adapter that degraded and broke right at the plug head. Fitment was as good as the OEM, no wiggle. Does not trigger any kind improper power adapter flags during boot. Charges battery at about the same rate as the original.Seems like a good replacement.

Good replacement charger
We needed a replacement charger for daughters laptop. It was easy to match the serial number from the back to the listing. The new charger arrived within a couple days and worked perfectly.

Easy to use
Product works very well for my HP. I haven't had any problems with it. It charges my laptop quickly. It comes with a nice long cord which makes it nice if I want to use my laptop while in bed.

Fits 2012 Hp Pavillion
This charger fits perfectly for my 2012 hp Pavillion. I tried another laptop charger just one week before purchasing this and though it claimed to fit my laptop, it did not.I'm a fan. Does what it says!
