These things are great. Now of course everyone thinks it's just reacting to your skin yadda yadda yadda. Now I put these items all over my body and my feet. They only reacted black and tarry (sp?) when they were on my my feet. Not lying to anyone....why would I lie. As you use them, the black and gooey stuff isn't as much the longer you use them. I like them. I don't like things on my feet but they're not too uncomfortable. Get them and do your own experiment, you'll see that they only work on your feet. They aren't too expensive, so why not?

(Wear socks over them to prevent them falling off in the night)These kind of detox foot pads DO work, but Not in way the packagings always claim. They claim when you pull the pads off, they're black from the toxins pulled from your body, but that's a lie. The powder inside each pad is black already because of the detoxifying charcoal in them.However, when pulled off, the pads are very soggy and slimy. That's because the ingredients, aided in being sealed in, cause that patch of foot to sweat profusely, which is what pulls toxins out of the body.It's Very important to note, that if you haven't done any type of detox before (or in a long time), to start these pads on a night that isn't crucial you get good sleep. Toxins like to hide in fat and bones, so as you pull the toxins out of hiding (whether through external or internal methods), they often cause considerable discomfort before you feel better.For myself, I'm very underweight, so my toxins all congregate in my bones. The 1st night I used the pads, I woke up in the night with extreme pain in the bones of my legs, as the toxins were being pulled to my feet. I lathered my legs in Magnesium lotion which subsided the pain and was able to fall back asleep. The 2nd night, I put the Mag lotion on before bed so as to prevent the pain. By the 3rd night, I didn't need the lotion anymore because most of the toxins were already gone.After that, as I kept using the pads, I noticed I started sleeping much better; my digestion improved a bit; and I had less headaches.I highly recommend these detox foot patches and other like them.

I like using these but I’m still not sure if it does anything. I put them on at night when I go to bed and when I wake up they’re black and sticky. They leave a residue on my feet so I have to wash it off. It does not smell like Much other then maybe green tea a little.

I have a box of pads and adhesive tape. The pads are individually packed in a celophane wrap, and the adhesive has a very thin paper backing. If you don't have fingernails or manual dexterity, this is not for you. Once you free the pad and expose the tape, ensure you place the right side of the pad down on the tape. I assumed it was supposed to go under the arch - no foot placement instructions. I put the taped pad on the ground, then step on it and fasten the tape to my foot. I do this for each foot. In the morning, I find partial activity - either my feet don't sweat or the pads need to have more time to work. This is a lot like using sanitary pads with wings, lots of unwrapping, sizing, perfectly placing and garbage.

I used this box of foot pads for a while, then moved and lost track of it. Found other brands, about 4 kinds I tried. Each had different effects, that bothered me or didn’t help me sleep or made me feel weird the next day. Now I just found these again after finally sorting through my things after a long long time, used them last night and they work great! I slept so good, no weird dreams, no grogginess this morning, and as I opened the plastic last night I could smell the ingredients. I was pleasantly surprised. Now hopefully they haven’t changed any ingredients since I las bought them because I will buy more soon when I run out. Two thumbs up from me.Ps. Update, night two, slept perfectly again, but remember now what o don’t like is the cheap adhesive paper that comes apart in pieces when trying to take them off in the morning. The adhesive paper is thin and sticks too well. But I’m accepting this flaw because the actual pad works so well. Worth the annoying adhesive 😁 it comes off in the shower easily.

I’m a trained massage therapist, yoga instructor & landscaper. I’m constantly on my feet and working hard. I was having trouble sleeping and feeling low energy. I have only been using for four days so I will continue using and update after a month. Day 1= used over night no socks pads were black slimy as noted I peed 3x’s the normal amount, which sounds gross but I do believe this brand stimulates the kidneys and caused my body to flush out more then normal. Day 2. Slept through the night up at 5am. Skin seems clearer but maybe it was the zombie face mask, another product I love. Day 3 same 5 am wake up call. Pads black & slimy. I skipped day 4 fell asleep exhausted and woke with full body pains everywhere. Whole body is achy I’m thinking it’s a natural purging of toxins lower back pains in kidney area. Observation: drinking water before bed & throughout the day is a smart move, when using these to help the cleansing process. There are tons of meridian pressure points on the feet, for me, this herbal blend is stimulating my kidneys. I do understand the flushing detox process and my skin seems clearer, sleep regulated til 5 am. This is with less than a week of use. I will update this review later but I’m VERY pleased so far and will continue using daily for a month at least. It does caution on the box NOT to use these during the woman’s menstruation cycle, so I will discontinue use during that time of the month. These are cheap enough that it’s totally worth trying and the adhesive works really well. Simple application directions a toddler can follow. There’s even enough in one box to share with friends & family. 50 sets in all. Try it, see you yourself. I’m giving these 5 stars.
