Will this eltamd uv sheer spf 50+ face and body sunscreen lotion, water resistant sunscreen work good under powder foundation?

Not sure. I don’t use powder. Try it and see. I really prefer the cream over the lotion

It is white in the tube…. Spreads out nicely. Use it as a base under my foundation. Not sure what you’re asking here
