The best office chair that I've ever owned!
I work from home 40+ hrs/week and needed an ergonomic chair that was going to be as adjustable as possible. As such, I spent a lot of time researching my purchase before deciding on this Eurotech model. While pricier than others out there with similar designs, all of my research showed that this was the best option for quality of construction and comfort. So I splurged and ordered. It arrived in a high box that my delivery guys were kind enough to bring into my house and the room where I have my office. It took about half an hour to put it together with easy-to-read and follow directions, and a little bit of brute force to get the stubborn headrest lined up for the pins to secure. It's been a marvel to sit in! With about 20 different ways to adjust the chair, it's so customizable and comfortable. I suggest keeping the manual handy since after getting my settings right, I forgot which lever controlled the seat height when I got a new ergonomic keyboard and mouse that required some adjustments to how high I was sitting.I promise you will not regret this purchase. I certainly don't. Treat your body right and it will serve you better in the long run, right?Thank you, Eurotech!

Not worth the price and uncomfortable
The chair is alright, something I would expect from a $150 chair. I paid something around $600 when I purchased this chair. It is super uncomfortable to sit in for longer than 45 minutes. The back support is terrible for your lumbar. The bottom of the chair feels hard and like I'm sitting in a $50 wooden chair with a pad. If you're a taller person and have to extend the chair to it's maximum settings there is a bar that you have to sit on (or slouch to avoid). The head rest and ability to lean back is very nice.Overall, this chair is well constructed and made out of good materials, which is why I gave it 2 stars. However, I would never buy this for anything more than $200 at the absolute maximum if you really want to try it. I will never purchase a chair that looks similar to this again just in case they feel the same.2022-09-14 update: The back has already started to give out. I'm not a heavy guy (170lb) and it's already giving out. This is a poorly made product. I highly recommend that you don't but it. Previous review 2/5, current 1/5.

I love this chair
I had to find a chair as I started a WFH position. I do have lower and mid back problems and I have a sit\stand desk as I need to stand throughout the day, but I wanted a comfortable and supportive chair for when I do sit down. The chair was very easy to put together and the directions were very clear. The height adjustment portion is a little tight, but I believe that will loosen with a little time. The comfort level of this chair is off the charts. The multiple adjustment points of this chair makes it so you can get it to fit your body exactly the way you want it, from where the head rest sits, the lumbar, the depth of the seat, the arm placement, the height, the tilt and ability to lock the tilt in multiple positions, it is a great chair. I am so glad I paid the price for this instead of going with a cheaper chair.

This chair is not great or worth the price
I have had an Ergohuman for quite a long time, my old one started falling apart and I was so happy with it that I thought I would just buy the same one... This is definitely not the same quality. The part that adjusts for the lumbar will not stay in place and I have to fix it many, many times throughout the day. Also, when the lower lumbar part is sat against it opens up so when you stand up the chair pinches close on whatever clothing I'm wearing, it literally tears holes in my clothes. I have had this happen to several shirts and a sweater now. I really wanted to return the chair but I missed the return window (my fault) so I thought I'd at least share my experience. This is NOT worth the price and certainly not suitable for an everyday office chair if you want to keep your clothes without rips and tears...It's really a shame because I loved my last Ergohuman chair so much. The back used to have metal latches that kept the lumbar in place and now it's just some silly system that if you click too far it falls to the bottom so definitely don't move around in this chair too much. When it is in place it is a very comfortable chair but I'm absolutely going to have to replace it immediately so I can focus on work and not on adjusting my chair all day. So many better chairs in this price range.

This is my second one of these
I love this chair. bought my first one in 2007. The fit and finish and comfort are all excellent. The few issues I ever had were promptly dealt with by the company.I do NOT like the new arm mechanism. The old chair had buttons to raise and lower the arms, providing a solid lock. The new arms use a racheting system that isn't as secure and I've had the arms drop on me several times.

Well appointed, mesh desk chair
I read a lot of reviews on chairs before purchasing this one. I think I made a good choice. You can spend half as much on a crappy chair, or invest in something that you are going to spend days sitting in and be happy. I think it is durable, heavy, and well-made overall. It took about 10 minutes to put together after getting it out of the box. The item was well packaged and wrapped. It is heavy so be prepared, but that is a good thing. The mesh is nice because you don't heat up sitting in it for hours. I like the back support, although initially I had the lower back support too high and it was digging into my back. I'm 6' 2" and can easily adjust the chair to my height. I do think the chair looks good, too, which is nice. The only minor grip is that the arm rests move around too easily (can't seem to lock them in place). I don't use them much, however, so it isn't a huge deal. You can spend twice as much for an HM chair, but I don't think you'll get twice the comfort and support.

The arm just broke
This is an expensive chair, compared to any office chair it is almost 5-6 times higher price. But the material is not good. The adjustable arm just broke, with simple arm pressure. Could not get any refund or repair. $600 is ruined.
