When I was looking for a product, I was looking for an everyday lightweight moisturizer that wouldn’t leave me oily. My skin type is combination skin, where my T zone is oily and the rest of my face is dry. I am also prone to some pimples and breakouts, but mostly clear skin. Previously I used Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion, and that one felt heavy and left me with an oily face, but it also did work amazingly! I also use Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser, and that worked miracles for my skin. I have had amazing experiences with cetaphil, and that’s why I chose this product. I wanted to find a company that was trustworthy and I was familiar with.When my product arrived, it was in a small box. The box was damaged and crushed a little bit, but my product was not touched. The bottle is a small 4oz plastic bottle with a pumping mechanism. Before I used this product I had concerns of a white cast, heavy feeling, making me break out, and a leftover oil that got worse throughout the day. When I first tried this product, I was astonished. The sunscreen has a pleasant slight sunscreen smell, and is not chemically at all. I used one pump and it blended right into my skin. There was no whitecast at all. More than 1 pump was needed to cover my entire face. When I was done applying it, I applied my makeup. It didn't affect my makeup at all, and actually helped my concealer sit better.Throughout the day I kept checking my face like I usually would to wipe off the excess oil, but there was none to wipe off. After a few days of using this product, my skin also felt a lot more hydrated, and soft. This product also helped clear some of my pimples on my face, and prevent a lot of breakouts. Overall I am very satisfied with this product. I have no complaints. This product did exactly what it said it did. I wear this as my everyday sunscreen. I will absolutely be purchasing this product again.

The media could not be loaded. I am amazed at the quality of this product. I have tried countless moisturizers for oily, sensitive skin from expensive brands and medical grade skin lines. However, this beats them all! It’s affordable and comes in a large bottle. From the video, you can see it’s not thick. It doesn’t smell like sunscreen but does have a slight smell (non scented) when you first put it by your face. I wear this all day and have no oil, even after a light sweat or applying a face of make up. I’m able to layer serums under it. It hasn’t caused any breakouts and I just love that it has sunscreen in it. I love this product so much, I am going to explore what other products they offer.

The good. Oil control sunscreen leaves your skin moisturized without being dewy. It is not matte per se for combination skin in a humid climate, but it’s not dewy either. Rather, it leaves your skin with a healthy glow concurrent with keeping oiliness at bay. SPF 30 sunscreen is sufficient for indoor use. No white cast on Fitz IV, no pilling over or under other skincare products, and no fragrance. Pump bottle is great and makes it easy to consistently apply the same amount everyday. It’s difficult to find an American sunscreen that is simultaneously non-greasy, moisturizing, non-pilling and devoid of a white cast. Lastly, it’s a very affordable product. If not for the cons as noted below, it would be a true holy grail product for me.The bad. Not water resistant making it really only a viable option as a sunscreen for indoor use during the summer. The SPF is also a bit low for summertime UV indices. It’s the bare minimum really, so unless one is applying a true quarter teaspoon, it’s unlikely to be sufficient for outdoor wear.The ugly. Like all avobenzone sunscreens, tends to burn around the eyes.TL;DRGood indoor sunscreen/moisturizer with no white cast or pilling. Minus one star for not being water resistant and for bare minimum SPF, both of which make it unviable for outdoor use in the summer. Burns a bit around the eyes.

I have very oily skin and it’s hard to find a moisturizer that doesn’t make it worse—this one actually works! It goes on smoothly, feels light, and doesn’t leave my face greasy or shiny. No strong scent either. I wouldn’t recommend it for dry skin, but if you’re oily like me, it’s a win!

I recently started using this moisturizer about 2 months ago due to my oily skin concerns. It's a good option for those with oily skin. The moisturizer could be improved as the seal isn't the most secure, and my skin still appears oily after about an hour. On the positive side, the product is easy to use, compact, and travel-friendly. It has a lightweight texture, but if you have a darker skin tone, you may need to spend a bit more time rubbing it in. While the moisturizer performs well, it does have its drawbacks. I experienced stinging in my eyes and irritation on my eyelids, even when being cautious around the eye area. However, it's an affordable and accessible option despite these issues.

A good everyday face lotion with SPF. Works well for me too since I tend to have an oily face.
