Q: Can I inflate and create my baloon arc a 24 hours prior to my event and also move it from home to venue.

You could, but it will be more of a hassle since some balloons slip out of the holes when they're too close together, and once inflated takes up alot of room. I think its better to build the arc at the venue and get help inflating them.

Q: How do you get it to attach on the wall? It keeps falling down. Im using the balloon dot glue to stick it to the wall.

I used those 3M Command hooks to attach it to the wall. I had a lot of balloons on mine, and it was pretty heavy.

Q: Can this be put on a railing and can it be made smaller than 50FT ?

Yes you can use it on railing. We used tape and tacks. Yes you can cut the tape to make it shorter.
