Guittard Green Mint Baking Chips 12oz Bag

Flavor is awesome but changes the color of your chocolate fudge a little bit but the mint flavor rocks!!!

How have I never used these before?? I bought these to make a recipe I found on Pinterest (my addiction). They are the perfect balance of mint, not too minty. It took longer to melt than the chips I usually use, and it is thicker which makes it a little difficult to work with (I was using it to coat truffles). But they made the truffles taste great. I cannot comment on the price because I honestly didn't even shop around, I just snatched them up. Next time I need these I will check other places, because the price was higher than I'm used to spending on melting chips that aren't milk or dark chocolate, which is why I gave it 4 stars.

Most definitely delicious, made chocolate mint fudge and it was divine. Little pricey but I'm worth it.

Love these chips for the chocolate mint cookies I make during the holidays. The chips have great flavor and mouthfeel. I prefer these over the Nestle dark chocolate and mint winter theme mix; however, since the Guittard chips don't qualify for prime free shipping, and the shipping cost doubled the price, I will not buy these again through Amazon. I will, however, look for them when I'm traveling and bring them home with me :-).

We love creating our own scone flavored. These mint chips go beautifully with a number of things to make yummy scones. Two specific creations of ours that we enjoy are basil and mint chips, and also blueberry and mint chips. These cook nicely into the scones and add nice texture and flavor!

These beautifully green mints were perfect -- great taste and excellent for baking dark chocolate mint cookies and dark chocolate mint cake. Arrived in a timely fashion just in time for holiday baking!

I made the Polka Dot cookies this week and thought they were very good. I will be ordering more chips.

These were just what I needed for two different recipes. They arrived on time and in good condition. I was pleased with my order

It took forever for the order to come, at least a month and half.The price is too much for a little package.It’s dissapointing!
