Very Nice Vacuum
Love this vacuum. Easy to move around work site since there's no AC power cord. Plenty of suction too

Cleans pet hair effectively. No cords for pet to chew.
As the owner of retrievers for many years, I have a new way of thinking about the value of the Bosch cordless vac. I use it because it cleans pet hair very well, it is sturdy for use around large dogs and it is easy to move around when the dogs show an interest in it as their new toy. Most importantly, I can store it in the “pet room” without the worry of the new pup chewing the cord and getting an electrical shock. I feel secure knowing they are safe. I like it so much that I purchased a second Bosh for the upstairs. The powerful suction will keep pet hair where it should be - in the vac and the long life of the battery makes it easy to use without recharging. I love the purchase and will be purchasing more bosh products.

Fantastic portability
I can’t count the number of times where I have a small mess that takes only a few seconds to vacuum up. In these situations, it can be such a pain to get the full sized shop vac out, lug it over to the mess, plug it in, and then put it away again. This portable vac is so quick and convenient that I find myself using it all the time. It is small and light enough to move around but has a large enough capacity to clean plenty of messes before emptying. Also, the fact that the body is transparent makes it easy to see how much debris has been collected. I really appreciate the bungee cord that keeps the hose in place for storage, it works great.I am a Bosch cordless tool user, so I already have plenty of batteries; a fully charged 4.0ah battery has lasted me about two weeks of regular shirt duration use, so I’d say battery life is very reasonable. The build quality is up to Bosch’s normal standard of excellence, and while it isn’t inexpensive, it is well worth the money.

Great suction terrible strap
Amazing vacuum I’m a plumber and I bought this on sale because it was cheaper than Milwaukee and it had a strap the battery life is amazing and the suction is stronger than my coworkers Milwaukee the only reason why I wouldn’t give 5 stars is because it needs backpack straps to keep it hands free to carry other tools comfortably I’m 6’2” and the shoulder strap doesn’t fit well and the shoulder pad cuts into my neck as the vacuum stabs me in the armpit

Love it.
Used it in my car and while sanding. Then around the shop.I cleaned up my car without having to get out a cord and move all that hassle around to all my car doors. That was so great I'd buy it again just to have that feature. It was powerful enough to pick up all the road junk one gets while getting in and out of your car. Then I used it on my Bosch sander. What a wonderful thing. It sucked much more dust out than I expected. I probably sanded for five minutes without issues. Finally, I used it to clean power tools and at a router table to clear chips as I routed away. Very good pickup. No issues.I used a 4Ah battery. I didn't run out of juice for all those operations. It was probably on for a total of 15 minutes and I'm about out of battery. So good life overall. I agree with others to expect 4 minutes per Ah. I have an 8Ah battery so will try that next. The attachment adapter fit my Bosch sander and my Wen Track Saw. I expect it will fit most other tools as well. Haven't tried it anywhere else yet.

Best
This thing is incredible. Its hose is top notch, the hepa filter and coupling allow for tool hook up. Batteries last longer, depending on the job, I usually have an 8ah and it cleans longer then I ever use. Great suction, the filter is perfect, cleaning is super manageable.

Excellent cordless vacuum
I ordered this when we brought home two standard poodle puppies, and it's perfect for its intended uses. This is a terrific cordless vacuum. Let me repeat, this is a terrific _cordless_ vacuum. Please be under no delusion that a cordless vacuum in 2020 can possibly have the suction power of a 120V AC plug-in vacuum. Also, all reasonable cordless tools require that you join their battery ecosystem, so don't get crankers when you discover batteries and chargers are expensive. If you've got the proper expectations, this vacuum will meet or exceed them. If you're trying to clean the sludge out of the bottom of a rain catchment barrel, get yourself a plug-in wet/dry shop vacuum; you're in the wrong market here. The three extension pieces give you a full-length wand, but of course you can use merely one or two of them for shorter reach and easier manipulation. The attachments are limited, but sufficient for the reasonable uses of such a device. The canister is spacious, it has a good filter, the battery charge indicator is very convenient, and it's a very reasonable weight, considering it's so easy to put down, pick back up, and move around.I recommend the 6.3 Ah Core batteries over smaller sizes, for decent endurance. I have a lot of the 4 Ah pre-Core batteries, and those run dry in maybe 20-30 minutes. The 6.3 Ah batteries give me a week or two of spot-cleanup usage, which is more than enough. Get yourself the kit with the charger and the two 6.3 Ah Core18V batteries, and be in the discipline of always putting the drained one on the charger when you change batteries. If you're in the market for a vacuum based on a cordless tool ecosystem, you can't do better than this. In the cordless tool world, you've got three tiers:1) Bosch and Mil****** (red)2) Everything else except...3) ...Ry*** (light green)Only buy tier 1. Tier 2 is wasting money on a tool that will die suddenly. Tier 3 is single-use-then-landfill.This is a great member of the Bosch 18V cordless ecosystem. Get the bigger batteries for a vacuum, regardless of which ecosystem you're in.
