what is the difference between parker vector and vector ct ??

CT stands for chrome trim i.e., the nib and clip will be chrome plated.

I got it today but it doesn't seem smooth. Does it take a few days before it gets smooth?

I have also bought it but not used much I think you need to write slowly with such pens
