PHILIPS Mixer Grinder + Food Processor, 3-in-1 750 Watt (Mixer Grinder for home + Juicer + Food Processor) 4 Jar, (HL7707/01)

I am writing this review after using the mixer for a few days and i must say that this product has truly amazed me! I was using a Panasonic 1000w mixer earlier but this philips mixer which is 750w has truly suprised me with its powerful motor. It does the job in less than half the time and the chopper jar is truly a blessing! It chops even large quantity with such ease and chops really well! The jars are very easy to use and very easy to clean as well. It also adds a premium look to your kitchen bcoz of its black and golden colour. The juicer jar is so convenient, u can extract coconut milk without making absolutely any mess. I am truly very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend this product. The noise level is a bit on the higher side but then it does the grinding or chopping job pretty quickly, so its not an issue for me.Overall a very good, convenient product, very happy with the purchase!

Feedback can be split in two partsProduct Quality: While the product features is for multiple purposes. The food processor slices does not have different blades for desired thickness. And handle build quality is delicate and it got broken while operating for the 1st time.Service Quality: While you raise the request for support, they attend after 3 days while the Customer care representative claim as it will be attended within 24hrs

It’s crazy how people in the reviews are saying “the chopper” doesn’t work. First of all it’s not a chopper it’s a FOOD PROCESSOR. If you don’t know the difference between the two kindly refrain from buying it. And theres a capacity limit for all the jars, if you exceed that limit than obviously its going to break. Also my only concern with this thing is how loud it is and the quality of the caps of all the jars. They could have done better at this price range. Nothing gets leaked. You can grind semi-hot things without any such issues. And it does a good job of grounding spices and all. I have made peanut butter in the food processor, minced meat, and what not! Does a wonderful job at everything. Bought it in September 2021 and still works like a charm as on dec/2024. And the only issue is that the plastic cap of one of the small grinder jars is cracked.

DONT BUY THIS. Very cheap quality!!! The main Jar got damage automatically while using within a week and their customer service refuged to replace it. When I investigated further, I found a lot of customers are facing similar issues. It looks they have manufacturing defect in this model that leads to JAR getting cracked automatically while running. Instead of recalling the product they are not even replacing the broken jar.They are selling CRAP in the name of PHILIPSI am feeling cheated and soon going to lodge a formal complaint in consumer forum.

Very useful product, for a household of 2.Kneading Atta is super easy.Chopping methi, and kneaded Methi Parantha Atta, with just a blade change.Was even able to knead leftover cooked dal ka atta for parantha, súper duper easyGrinding coconut chutney using the bigger wet grinding jar. Making tomato paste for curries in smaller jar, smooth. Haven't used the bigger jar for grinding idli batter.Making banana smoothie, apple smoothie, easy, haven't used the citrus attachment yet.Overall, really enjoying the usefulness of this applianceSound is slightly on the higher side, but doesn't bother me, hardly for few secondsOnly drawback, the gearbox usage needs a demo or instructions illustration in the booklet. The food processor jar comes attached to the gearbox out of the box. Even the booklet does not tell how to separate. And I felt scared to twist wrong and break it. Was not able to separate the gearbox from food processor jar and had to wash it with the gearbox attached.TIP: place the gearbox attached food processor jar on the body. Then turn clockwise to lock. To unlock, twist counter clockwise ONCE (this will unlock the gear box from the motor) NOW, twist more - counter clockwise - making it TWICE. This step will unlock the jar from the gearbox.Overall: very useful and highly functioning productOrder 2nd SeptemberDelivery 5th September
