So, I bought this because I was bored and I'm so glad I made this impulse buy! I burnt myself while using this the first time but one YouTube tutorial later, I figured out how to curl my hair using this. The barrel is wide and thus gives bouncy curls. It's very well-made and looks premium. The temperature setting is a boon for people who like their hair on their head. It takes about ten seconds for the rod to heat up and you must hold your hair around it for 12 seconds for curls that will last you till the next wash.

Not sure whether it is new or the used one.
I did not receive the user manual or the warranty card. The box was damaged. The wire was not tied. It seems like the rod is not new. However, I am keeping it because they are not providing an exchange/replace option. You can only return. And I am not at all sure if I buy it again, what will they send. Hope it will work for a good long time.
