Not "all". My head is 24 inch, so a 7 3/4 hat size......... It was too small for me. Not real tight, but quite uncomfortable.

Would the hat fit a woman? The description does say Men Women but the pix show only men.

Absolutely!! My son has a large head and it is perfect on him and the color I chose was exactly what I wanted. You won't be disappointed. If it fits him it will definitely fit a woman.

What does the brim measure?

2 3/4 inches to the round part of the hat on your head.
