Do you measure the springs when its flat or curve?

The measurement provided is based on the length of the spring when it is in the natural curved position as shown in the images. We don't recommend flattening out the spring prior to install. The natural tendency of the spring curving is what allows the spring to offer support when downward force is placed on it.

My current springs have 25 loops. Does that mean I should order the 25 inch length?

Not necessarily. Since there are different loop sizes, we recommend measuring the distance between the two rails that the springs are mounted to. This number will represent the spring length we suggest.

Can a person get a copy of the installation instructions prior to purchase?

I checked out the installation on line and watched a video on YouTube and it really helped with the installation
