I had a back injury couple if years ago. Even though its operated, it still pains at times and mostly in winters. This product has been a life saver. It reduces the pain and comforts me to have a painless bedtime.

The regular size seemed a bit small when I first received it. But when I used it, the heat distributed evenly across my lower back and upper hip. So far it is working fine. But just a few points to note:1. The heat seems over-heated even when it is set only on the first point. I have to turn it off after 5 minutes because it gets too hot to almost scalding my skin. I dare not set it on the 2nd or 3rd point because I cannot imagine how hot it will get. So this is what I do if I need the heat pad for a longer time for my back pain: turn it on until it gets too hot for my skin (about 5 to 6 minutes) - turn it off; and it cools down in about 5 minutes; then I turn it on again, turn it off again and repeat it until I get my 30 minutes heat padding on the back.2. The orange cover that came with it is not of decent quality. The Velcro is very very stiff and sharp. And it is not as shown in the pictures as the blue cover. So I put the cover aside and use a thick bath towel as the cover.3. The cords are long enough for me.

The heating pad does not get heated, hence is not useful for the purpose ordered. When I tried to return the product it says it cannot be returned. This is my first experience where the product ordered is defective as it does not heat and its a heating pad. Wondering if the seller would take any action and either accept return or replace the same.

It heats well and rapidly. Gives fast relief from pain. Value for money product.

Good product . Does the job well. The cover could have. Been better but the overall product is nice.

The small size makes it extremely portable while providing the same pain relief of the larger and more unwieldy ones. I use it in my car (with an AC adapter) for long trips.
