A bit of a bible?
Having read this book I can see that it will become "a bit of a bible" for me. It is informative and has plenty of meditation exercises to try out. I bought this book because of my interest in crystals, and this subject is well documented. The reason I give it 4 stars is I cannot get to grips with the Intergallectic Council that sat in 1987. I find that a bit Star Wars ish! All in all a good easy read and would recommend it to anyone. I will try more Diana Cooper books in the future.

Unfortunately not what I expected
I have read a few of Diana Cooper's books over the years, but have to say I was disappointed with this one. Whilst the exercises may be good in the book, her viewpoint appears to be skewed towards -and I hate using this term- feminism. There seems to be -and this is my perception of what I read- an almost constant attack against men, or man in general. I felt the book was going to be about Atlantis, and to some degree it is, and yet, there is that modern idea that men are not worthy of women and what they bring to this planet. A lot of what I have read so far -as I have stopped reading it, and may take it up again- appears to be critical of what went wrong with Atlantis, and a large amount of it appears to be fanciful thinking, almost like a book about fairies. Each to their own and people are allowed their own opinions and viewpoints. I don't know if it's because I have got older and -I like to think- wiser, but the book seems a little childish, as if were written for people who believe everything they read. I'm not really communicating well here what it is about the book I'm not keen on, so I will end here.
