Apple Cider Vinegar has a lot of health benefits. It apparently improves your vision, among other things. I usually have a teaspoon at night, mixed with juice. It is not as strong as some other brands that I have tried in the US, but maybe that's a good thing. The amount of "mother" is also a little less, but overall worth a try!
