Great product
I was unsure due to the ratings and reviews provided here. However, the product seems to be original and came packed in original box along with another box over it. The condition of the product is quite good and there are no dents, marks or anything else seen on it.All attachments are available and my family seems happy that I can now enjoy Idli and Dhokla prepared in new cook ware :)Seller I bought it from is Hardtrac_SLP Samsung Authorized.

A poor quality product
This is a very sub-standard product and here's why:1. The lid knob or handgrip is of a very poor quality thin plastic. It broke while fitting.2. Couple of trays for idli or dhokla are smaller than the steel mesh in which its suppose to hold. As a result 2-3 out of 5 trays are un-usable.3. Because of paid delivery, return also has to be done on your own and it'd cost nothing less than Rs 400 for return courier.All in all, it was a bad purchase and I have written it off.Vinod Cookware 202 Large Multi Pot with Idli and Dhokla plate, 9-Pieces, Silver

Difficult to arrange because it's stand is defective and all the plates donot fit easily,

ease of placing n removing batter filled plates.
though body of steamer is good but stand holder of idli n dhokla plates is not allined properly. placed plates slipped down. its tough exercise to arrange filled plates on holder.

Dhokla Trays do not hold and slide down ; hence cannot make Dhoklas using this Cooker.
Dear SirWe bought this in October and gifted it to a relative next month. They opened the package just 2 weeks back and found the following defect : The IDLI tray fits OK but the Dhokla Trays do not fit - they appear to be small and they slide down.Even though 3 months have passed since we purchased this item, we would appreciate if the supplier can consider replacing this item as it has become virtually unusable, serving only the IDLI function. Kindly check with the supplier / manufacturer and let us know.Would appreciate your early reply.hemendra k. varma

The lid comes out once the pressure builds inside..
I am writing this review after using it for few times... The lid comes out once the pressure builds inside.. The stand to hold is not convenient and the plates falls down very easily
