Q: How tall does this fox measure when posed sitting (such as in image)? I'm not clear if the 12" measurement listed is ear-tip to tail-tip, or what. TY!

I just measured my daughters fox and it is 13" tall, ear tip to the table it is sitting on. Ear tip to tail tip is 17". Hope this helps.

Q: Is the fox floppy or does it stay in the sitting position permanently? (Can you move it’s legs freely)

It is pretty floppy and the legs move freely but it does hold the sitting position pretty well too. My daughters is very loved and it still sits well.
