When I am pregnant my nose swells and I have a hard time breathing clearly every night. It was such a struggle to sleep until I found these little strips! They work so well, I wear them every night and can breathe clearly and sleep great. The adhesive is strong enough to last all night keeping my nostrils open. I love that they are a natural option. The only downside is that they do leave a mark on your nose with some of the adhesive that you have to really rub off in the morning. I also find that my nose gets slightly red after wearing. Once every week I give my nose a break for a night from wearing a strip and I am good for another week. Great product, highly recommend.

Best product to keep your nostrils open and allow air to flow down to your oxygen processing units. Before I discovered these things I would have to use stiff plastic or metal straws to keep those nostrils open while I slept. This was far from optimal as I would toss and turn throughout the night, and inevitably one or both straws would dislodge or be forced deeper into my nasal cavity. Thank you Breathe Right for giving me a safer way to sleep.

I sleep well using this. But I don't like the sticky feeling on my nose after waking up.Sometimes it comes unattached on one side during the night which is annoying.

Left a huge red bruise/indent on my nose after using it for a week. They don’t fit correctly and are huge strips. They easily come off.I’ve tried the off brand ones from Walmart and they’ve worked so much better. They don’t leave marks on my face or hurt! They stick and I can actually breathe. I’ll stick to those!

I could not have survived sleep in my second and third trimester without these. The swelling I experienced in my nasal passage way made it very difficult to breathe but these worked like a charm.The only con was that the adhesive did irritate my skin, slightly. You could see a pinkish mark on my nose every day. But honestly, you don't care at that point as long as you're sleeping :)

I wasn’t really expecting this to work because I didn’t look into it that much to see how they worked and it kind of confused me on how they would work because I was just picturing a flimsy sticker. But it really does work so so well and I’m able to breath! If your having allergies and thats the reason your using it, it does make you feel like your nose is slightly runny but after you wipe or blow it a few times the sticker works so well
