Awesome book that is so revealing of running
It is a good book and reads more like fiction. But that’s not the best part. Many books do this. What I enjoyed most was knowing so much about running, of human physiology that confirms we were actually born to run, and not just walk. Something I never knew. Fantastic! Lot if research has gone into this book making by the author.

Must read book
It's such an amazing book that it just not only engages you throughout the story but also inspires you to take out those running shoes and head off to wilderness. Author takes you from the Harvard lab to the far off Leadville race to copper canyons in Mexico, its an exceptional narrative with details from evolution to running techniques and a good sneak peak at these new shoe models launched every year in the name of safe running! I would recommend this book to anyone who has even slight interest in running, you will definitely enjoy it and will learn some new things about our body and how we are all born to run!

Loved it
This book is simply excellent. I know it is non-fiction but it is so well written that it can pass as a fiction thriller peppered with scientific insights. As a beginner runner, I loved it but even those who don't run should get this book and read it with an open mind. The human form truly has been "evolved" to run.
