These super shiny stockings are beautiful but not meant to stay up on their own. They slide and slip down faster than ice down a mountain. Get a garter belt. The anti skid refers to the fact that they are not slippery to walk in if you neglect to put on shoes.

Look like they’ve been worn. The gold on the bottom has foot wear. Also in regards to the slipping everyone else is talking about. The stocking has no defined foot shape, looks like a deflated balloon. So every time you step it pulls on the stocking making the thigh part slip down. My solution I cut the feet off, I will be wearing them with boots so no one will notice and it also took care of the slipping problem. The color is good and I do like them for one or two time wear but because I had to alter them and they look worn I gave only 2 stars.

Much too opaque, no elasticity, poor fit..my woman threw them out. Cut off heels and use them as opera gloves.
