The silver bullet
A+++.At my guitar store, my co workers called me the "power cord Nazi". They always had things barely working, with the wrong power cord.This was before I learned of this cord. It is the silver bullet and works for AC, which is are 1 in 15 wall warts.Alesis, line 6, lexicon, and Digitech.You would think a 1990s Alesis SR-16 would use the same power cord as a 2020's SR-16.Nope.Smaller shaft size and bigger center pin size."No soup for you!" Says Miss Alesis.But this cord does them all.A++

Works for Digitech BP355
Bought a different power supply for my BP355 that was advertised as compatible but was in fact AC-to-DC. This is correctly AC-to-AC and does work. Have used it over a dozen times without issue and seems like it'll be just fine to keep going much longer.

NOT for use with 230V!
I purchased this adapter for use in a country that uses 230V. On first use, it began to smoke excessively. I opened up the adapter, and it has a simple transformer inside. While this is a beautiful adapter for the US and Canada, it does not have the circuitry required to safely operate at 230V! The label on the outside is incorrect!

This is not an AC adapter, it is DC.
Only now, years later, after digging out my pedal did I realize this is the reason why it never fully worked. I moved on to another pedal and pushed this aside. Recently I got it back out to tinker with it and when I tried to cal the pedal, it gave a PWM error. I measured the output of the power supply and it wasn't AC, but DC. Of course it won't work.
