It has a built-in battery that keeps the clock, speaker, and alarm on for atleast 4 days before I needed to charge it again. I'm sure it could connect to a cars audio system if that's what you're asking

Does it tell you the battery level? Like 80% battery life and so on.

There is no battery level reading. Only a charging light.

Does it come with a charging cord?

Yes. It comes with a cord. My grandson is in college (dorm) now. Says he uses this all the time.

can this stand charge your phone at night

It doesn't charge anything, but the stand is big enough to hold a phone in its case without failure
