Good quality Buckwheat at a fantastic price
I had been on the lookout for quality buckwheat for years and was happy to find it on Amazon. Earlier I had to order these from Singapore. The buckwheat is of good quality. Slow boil it with salt and a pinch of cinnamon and finish it with Amul's garlic and herbs butter gives this buckwheat a taste of its own and doesn't even need anything to go with it.Low glycemic index, fibers and loaded with vitamins/minerals make this an ideal replacement for rice/wheat for Diabetics and weight watchers.
