Very good alternative to Pasta!
These were wonderful with marinara sauce... also used them in a veggie stir fry! Will definitely buy again... even my husband and son liked them and they didnt know they are good for you!

Great product (unlike picture)
I was alittle skeptical before ordering this because of the picture but it was a great price for what you get so I ordered it anyway.And when I received product, it was completely different than the picture. It's in a nice clean professional package just like other listings here on amazon. And it comes also with a cute hand writing note from seller which I really appreciate the effort.So basically great product,fast shipping and I wish I can give more than just 5 stars

great Kelp noodles and relevant review, unlike the other one
I feel compelled to review this product because the other reviewer gave it a 2 star rating based on the picture. The other reviewer even said they are good kelp noodles, which they are. However the other reviewer felt it important to give a bad rating because they didn't like the photo used for the ad. That's it... nothing to do with the product. They just decided to hurt the business because they didn't feel the seller's marketing was good enough.They are great and just like other kelp noodles I've had. They are the Sea Tangle brand, which has always been reliable and tasty. If you like kelp noodles you'll like these. I love them and am happy I ordered them. I really like the two pound size. It's convenient and fresh.note: I've read other reviews of kelp noodles in the past by people who think they are supposed to be like wheat noodles. It's not true and they aren't. They are made from kelp and don't behave like wheat noodles, nor do they taste the same. If you've never had them they are great in asian salads and stir fries, especially with sesame oil.

OMG
Love this stuff. It gives me the Mac 'n Cheese fix, or a spaghetti sub. Also very good in salads. I enjoy eating these glassy noodles.

I found these can be softened by leaving in pesto sauce overnight. Also makes the flavors set it. It's also good in seaweed salad.

Not bad
These noodles are a nice substitute for grain noodles.Boiling them alone makes them a bit softer but in order for them to become soft you'll need something acidic like leaving them in tomatoe sauce.I'd ordered them again the seller's are really nice the packaging was excellent and fresh.

Fresh, crunchy addition to entrees!
Very fast shipping and reasonably priced. If concerned about utilizing 2 lbs, we kept it hydrated in water for two weeks and didn't notice any loss in quality. Has little taste but the texture was awesome added to our different combinations of shredded cabbage, carrot, onion, garlic, cucumber, tomato and dressing for variety. Never tired of it's crunchy addition to the meals.

I keep this on hand all of the time.
Love the crunch in salads and how well it adapts to my hot meals to take the place of pasta. Love it more than skinny noodles. Will be purchasing more. I did find these a bit less on another website.

great product
These noodles were great! We had them in a miso soup with vegetables and they were fantastic. I would gladly buy this product again. My husband enjoyed them also. We saved so many calories using these noodles instead of our usual rice noodles.

Crunchy noodles. Weird texture.
Nasty. Crunchy noodles. Would never buy again. The product was fresh, but I couldn't get through a bowl without gagging.

Great product! First time I had kelp noodles and absolutely loved them. Arrived very hot but put them into the fridge and they were fine.

Strange tast and texture
This has got to be one of the most odd things I have eaten. Tastes sort of like nothing and sort of like sauerkraut. The texture is sort of has a plasticity and snap to it. I tried making it fork in a few different dishes, but couldnt find one that fit.
