There are installation instructions. (picture included) I bought this Craftsman M140 160 CC push mower from Lowe's in early 2019. (picture included). The wheel is the exact diameter of the original and the exact width. Had a small problem fixed by using the thicker of the two included washes over the bearing before tapping on the wheel. The problem was that the hubcap would not install without the washer. Without the washer, the wheel tightened perfectly and rolled fine. With the washed I had to back off tight just a hair to get a rolling wheel. However, the hubcap fit perfectly once the washer was installed. Good luck on fixing your push mower. I bought two but am letting the other rear wheel fail before I fix it.

The fit was perfect on my Toro 22" recycler mower. These are close to original quality, but with a better price. Originals lasted 3 seasons until the plastic failed. I don't expect these will last any longer. Still plastic. The bearings are just steel sleeves (just as original). They get wet and rust, bind,and wear out pretty fast. If you purchase these be sure and check the retaining bolts the goes through the hub. They get worn also and make the wheel fit very sloppy. These can be also purchased on Amazon for a decent price and will make the new wheels a snug fit. Be sure to grease the assembly while installing and remove the wheels a couple of time a season to grease them. This will make them last longer and roll better.

Fits, does the trick, but it's a smidge bigger than OEM for the Toro 22" walk-behind mulcher. It makes it difficult to adjust the height with the levers due to the size difference. Not the end of the world and beats paying almost $30 each for replacement wheels.

item claims to be universal but it did not work for my mower. This was the one that kept coming up for myyardmax mower.

It fits my Craftsman lawn mower although it is 1/2" smaller diameter. My only complaint might be that when I ordered this I looked at the questions and answers and someone said you would get 2 wheels. I only got one so had to order another. One would expect they would be sold in pairs but not. Just so you know. Otherwise it looks solid and is a good replacement. I'm cheap so would have liked to have gotten 2 for the price of one.
