Battery is beyond garbage
The product itself is amazing. But the battery is beyond garbage, and there is no way to get a new one easily. The battery is over priced for the garbage that it is. 1 week after I got it the battery wouldn't hold a charge any more. I depend on my devices working to get the job done. 90% of the time I don't have power where I'm work.

Fulfills the need
This device is a little clunky but that's what you get with a chinese android tablet that works for many different types of cameras. However, it works. It has a slight learning curve but it's not bad. The battery lasts fine and the device is solid.
