Q: Can you adjust the cold water temperature?

Yes. On the back of the cooler in the upper right hand side there is a hole, it is covered up with a label. You can remove the label or poke through it. You will need a small straight edge screw driver. Turn it clockwise for colder. Do this is small increments, so the water doesn't freeze.

Q: How difficult is it to remove puncture spike?

You don't have to remove anything. Just turn bottle upside down and it automatically breaks the seal.

Q: Does this cooler have stainless steel reservoir and hot tank?
