Decent product!
Packaging sucks, price of item is crap it's a $30 item at most. Over ever I am please with this item as it is performing well. I will update my review in the future if it changes. I bought it for my Dell optiplex 9020 and I have no issues so far.

Fit like a glove and worked at first anyway
Power supply was simple to replace, fit like a glove, issue began 2 days after installation, unit would turn on like normal and then 30 seconds later system would shut down and then began turning on and off continuously. Amazon was quick to replace the unit, arrived in 2 days and everything has been fine since.Original unit defective, new unit works just fine, been 3 days since install.

Total Waste of Time and Money
When the new power pack arrived, it had a small dent in the top, where it looked as if it had been struck, and a dent along a bottom edge, probably from being dropped. The cooling fan was loose on its mounts, and the screws would not tighten. When I swapped a screw with one from the old unit, it tightened up, so apparently the wrong sized screws were used in assembly. None of this matters, however, as the power supply does not work, and the indicator/test light does not come on at all. I rate this a big zero. How do I get my money back?
