Madonna Live-The Virgin Tour (1985) [VHS]

If you're an 80s veteran you may like this concert, or if you are too young to have been around in her fun days, then buy it. This was when she was making really catchy music and before she started cussing out fans and flipping them the bird at every stage appearance. You'll see fans dressed up like her and enjoy a bunch of those good early songs. Watching it again, I had to laugh when she claimed to "not need money" and threw fake money at the audience. Look at her now and her need for more and more. It almost doesn't seem like the same person. I'm sorry, but the 80s were more fun! The quality of the tape was good also.

I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS CONCERT ON DVD,BUT IT WASNT RELEASED AS YET,AND SO I WILL SETTLE FOR THE VHS VERSION.THIS TOUR IS THE ESSENTIAL MADONNA AT HER PRIME.MADONNAS STYLE IN MUSIC HAS CHANGED OVER THE YEARS,BUT THIS CONCERT GOES BACK TO HER ROOTS.MADONNA HAS SEVERAL CD RELEASES PENDING,BUT I USUALLY WAIT FOR THE DVD MUSICAL RELEASES OF HER NEW DANCE MATERIAL. HIGHLY RECOMMENED.I OWN THIS VIDEO.PLEASE NOTE THIS TITLE IS AVAILABLE ON DVD OVERSEAS.

If you like Madonna then you will probably like this. I have the videotape, does anyone know if this is out on DVD or Blu-ray yet??

To this day,one of the best concert's i have seen.Madonna was great that night at the Paramount Theatre,she rocked the house.In fact Seattle was were she opened the tour.I still remember that night,Awesome.The Beastie Boy's opened up for the Grand Dame herself.They were Booed of stage within 10 minutes,lol.When oh when will this fabolous concert be available on dvd?Anybody know? My girlfriend was looking al over foro this particular item, Madonna Live-The Virgin Tour (1985), she had recorded it when she was young but lost it over the years and was always looking at stores for it. when we found it at Amazon she couldn't be happier. It was our first purcase from the internet and we where really surprised it was delivered so fast from the states to the netherlands!! The quality was very good but the happyness over finally having found the tape and having it in possesion again was even bigger!!

I liked alot of Madonna's older material. This is a good video concert.

so glad that i purchased this VHS been looking for this tour for a while and it was well worth the wait .the tape i recieved and purchase from is all good like she said it plays and sounds great doesnt skip at all! i know where to get my Madonna stuff at! THE POWER OF KABBALAH! SERIOUSLY

I flipped when I finally found the 1985 Tour!! I had a HBO dubbed copy when I was a kid and had played it so much that I wore it out. I was so excited to find this excellent VHS copy on Amazon!!!

J'adorais MADONNA à ses débuts à l'époque de "HOLIDAY" "GAMBLER" et "LIKE A VIRGIN" ce n'est plus le cas aujourd'hui Ce concert est génial MADONNA est jeune bien en chair dynamique et tous les morceaux qui composent ce concert d'exception déménagent ! Incontournable !

中古品と言うことでしたが、ほとんど使用感は見受けられません。再生してみると、映像は綺麗です。しかし、Into the Grooveでごく短い時間黒い帯が入り、映像が上下に分かれました。以降この現象は何回かあります。Hi-Fiステレオ音声は途切れること無く再生されましたが、オーディオにつないで再生すると低域が足りません。中古品と言うことで購入したので映像はまあ良いのですが、音楽ビデオなのにこの音声にはがっかりです。
