Amazing quality. It came packed very nicely in a snug and sturdy cardboard box. The pasta cooks perfectly al dente and goes amazingly with both tomato sauce and béchamel. Toss in some colourful red, green and yellow peppers with the sauces and the pasta and you have an absolutely divine meal.

Taste is just like normal pasta. Quality is really good.. have tried fettucine alfredo recipe..it tasted good. Thankyou amazon .

The spaghetti noodles are kinda thin. Fettuccine noodles many times remain stuck with each other even after the boil and remain so even after they are served. Maybe I have to change the boiling method for the latter such as all noodles come out separately. (Maybe)

First I would like to say that I know pasta because I am Italian, and in my life I have eaten thousands of kilos. First of all this pasta differs from the one on the market in Italy by the color: it is too bleached while it should have a more yellow / amber color. Second point it is cooked too quickly the problem is either with the grain used or with the processing system. Gustora also produces Solimo pasta which, however, has a lower price. Now if we compare Pasta Solimo with that Gustora we will see that they are the same thing. So I gave 4 stars to Solimo pasta for value for money, but only 3 stars for Gustora pasta for value for money which is not convenient. In fact Gustora pasta is made in India for the same price you can find pasta imported from Italy of much higher quality. This is what I really think to be right.

Low quality, bad taste and bad texture. Also spaghetti was too thin and the fettuccine was too gooey. Never buying this again. Regular brands like Borges and DiSano are much, much better in quality and texture.

Best quality authentic Italian style bronze dyed Spaghettis in India.
