Hello, Old Friend. It’s been too long.
Bought used and it was a bit dirty with old food bits... but it’s USED (which I knew going in) and can be wiped down (a plus to this board style, spiral bound cookbook). Not too upset about that. This cookbook is a replacement for one I had years ago and lost. I’m excited to make my old fave, the 40 clove garlic chicken. You read that correctly. Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it!! Lots of great, delicious recipes in here whether or not you’re looking to lose weight.

This book is excellent for those that want to loose weight. Richard Simmons gives card values for his recipes and the amount of calories in them.
