I suffer from lower back pain on a daily and its easier said than done when Ppl tell you to just "stretch" or "workout". It's hard to do when you can't even put your socks on without feeling the pain. This gives me great support and its very comfortable. Although its intentions are for " waist training" I think it's a good 2 in 1 belt. I give it 4 stars..I left out the extra star because they didn't have my favorite color (purple) in stock... Lol...but all in all, great product.
