Love this product!!! it's how I start every morning with oatmilk. Vanilla! It mixes the smoothest, adding a bit of Chai tea sometimes is soo deliscious. Chocolate is pretty good, not as smooth I add peanut butter to make it's flavor better. My skin hair and nails do show healthiness /improvement since using it. I'm 52 and the little wrinkles I've had disappeared when I'm using this. I get compliments for never looking my age. The biggest thing that suprised me is my nail bed, I've had a chronic nail problem since my teens with a couple nails that had ridges, the other day I looked down at my nails and noticed they are all completely smooth! Healthy pink, with that little healthy rainbow part glowing at the cuticle. I was shocked!!! I have maintained the same weight since my 20s and this product has become a beneficial part of my routine. It's my breakfast after tea/coffee, then I don't eat again till about between 11:30 and 12:30. It's not total "intermittent fasting" but I think close enough, it gives my body what it needs to get by in the AM and not weigh me/slow me down. It's also a real treat! Feels/tastes like desert to me. Also I typically hate sugar substitutes including stevia however the food scientists for this product got it right! Just the right amounts/mix that I'm not averted to it. I hate xylitol, Splenda, aspartame etc. My go to with cooking is agave. I'm so pleased with this product!!! 5'3" 115-118lbs. Also I have MS, so I'm sensitive to foods that are inflammatory I appreciate it when I find something in my routine I can rely on to feel healthy/well.

After reading all the reviews and going back in forth with myself, "Should I Shouldn't I?" I finally caved and glad I did! This stuff is Amazing! I add 1 scoop to my coffee every morning before work. Mixing it with my coffee sugar and creamer, I don't even taste it, which is a plus, because it doesn't have an after taste and it dissolves immediately. Now for the benefits...After using the first tub, I noticed my smile lines have disappeared, seriously, I had a car accident in 2014 and occasionally have back pain, but after taking this everyday, I can't remember the last time I had back pain. Looking younger and feeling better, yeah I'm all for it. This is my 4th purchase and have now become my way of life. Bigger bang for your buck! It's worth it!!

I have been using this since 2021. I see my retinologist every single year and in twenty twenty two, after I'd been using this product one year, he said, I need to talk to you, karen. I said, is everything all right? He said, yes, I just want to tell you that last year. When your eyes were chapped, you were 3020 this year. You are 2020 in your right eye, and in your left eye. It was 4020 and it is now 3020I was 78 years old when he said that to me, and I've never heard of that happening in my life that the eyes actually Improve instead of getting weaker and weaker, and they're still strong. And I am wearing the same lenses that i've had for about five years now.I just had my eyes checked and he said, you don't need a new prescription.You don't need new lenses, new glasses unless you just want them.

First time trying this Brand. This product had no taste when added to my coffee, which is a big plus. Some of the other brands had a slight taste. My only issue is that it does not completely dissolve. There was always a small amount of "grit" in the bottom of my cup. I tried putting the powder in the cup prior to pouring the hot coffee in. I mixed it into my hot coffee, always had some undissolved collagen powder in the bottom of my cup. I did not notice a huge difference in the way my hair, nails, skin and joints felt and looked. Will try another brand to see if there are differences.

This product is amazing...I love it. I just wish the sales price was less as I can get it in the stores when it goes on sale for 20% less at Sprouts and Wholefoods.

Strawberry lemonade is awesome I love it perfect especially for summer perfect with any mealIn my opinion add some ice and it’s good ! Iv had vanilla and chocolate and I noticed those are hard to blend they stay a tad bit clumpy best in a blender idk if they where older formulas but anyway with this one I didn’t have that issue it reminds me of those strawberry lemonade packets from Crystal light just less sweeter still grate will buy the big one next time !

If there's a benefit to using this, I likely haven't used it enough. I've only had about 10 days & most times I forget to use it. I will update a lil later if the site allows it. My dad is 78 & says his joints & muscles feel better. With that being said as for me, the 3 star rating is based on the "dissolve factor"& I feel it's small for cost. I'd probably use it more frequently if it dissolved better. When I add it to my coffee it clumps up just like Vital Proteins did. Most of it does dissolved, but I do find myself chopping some of it up w/ my spoon or scooping it out. It does change the taste of my coffee a lil bit, but not enough to make me not want to drink it. I tried it in juice; the "dissolve factor" was about the same. I expected it to be worse in cold drinks since it won't dissolve in hot coffee. The plan is to cancel my subscription & try something else. However, if I start noticing positive differences, I may continue to use it.

I bought this for multiple reasons to help with my protein intake and because I needed some help with joints. I'm already noticing a different in my joints and I've only been using it for about a week and half. The taste is great and I put it in my strawberry banana smoothie. I'm a believer in this product!
