It’s well made and appropriately heavy. The color is pretty. I’m not sure if it’s doing anything for my skin but I’m also not using it consistently. Definitely relaxing, especially to use during a bath. Good buy.

I want to like this product. The video looks easy enough. But one side (the smooth roller) won't stop squeaking. Have tried both with and without an oil to help it glide. A little clumsy to hold.

Since the handle connecting the two ends is also simply made of stone, when one of my daughters dropped it and the other stepped on it, it broke. Keep it off the floor :)

I’ve been on the fence lately about another beauty fad but when this was recommended my Allure Beauty AND was on sale, I HAD to see if the hype was real. Ladies, I ABSOLUTELY love it! I keep it in my freezer and I use it AM/PM. It makes my face feel less puffy. Wakes me up on the morning. I had a small pimple and I swear it was gone in like 2 days without me even using an acne spot cream. It’s definitely worth the money!

This product was basically broken on arrival and after about a week of light use, the balls on both sides fell off. It wasn't designed very well so the balls can easily come off of their support. When it arrived it also was sticky and had some fibers stuck on it. I would not recommend this product.

The stone with the studs has blackish/grayish residue. I washed it, but it didn’t come off. Is that normal and what could it be?

I look forward to my morning ritual using the Jade roller everyday! It feels amazing, especially if you keep it cold! I use the smooth end mostly under my eyes as they can get really puffy and I see instant results. The circulation it encourages helps my dry skin keep and maintain its moisture so much better and my skin looks more radiant everyday that I use it!

It's a good product for the price. Doesn't seem cheaply made and unlike most jade roller sets you get both the smooth and textured rollers in one tool. It got 4 stars because like the other reviewers mentioned the smooth roller only rolls in one direction which is upwards but you can't roll back and forth. Since jade rollers are meant to help you defy gravity by rolling upwards this quirk doesn't bother me especially since I purchased this roller at half cost of other jade rollers.

Il est frais même quand on ne le met pas dans le réfrigérateur. Je pense que c'est ce qui le différencie des autres "jade Roller" fait en plastique. Je suis aussi assez satisfaite des résultats. J'utilise le côté lisse pour lisser ma peau et étendre mon sérum et ma crème (cette partie nous permet aussi d'économiser sur la quantité de produits qu'on a besoin pour couvrir tout le visage et le cou) et j'utilise le côté texturé sur mon front pour atténuer les rides à cet endroit et sur les pommettes pour donner un look bon mine.Le mien roule dans les 2 sens. Seule petite déception, j'aurais aimé qu'il ne fasse pas squich-squich. Mais je pense que tous les rouleaux font cela.

I’ve been curious to try a jade roller for a few years. I enjoy Province Apothecary products so I felt comfortable buying from them. It’s actually really good when paired with a serum and the Province Apothecary video on YouTube. I can see visible differences I. The texture of my skin as well as a decrease in inflammation. Highly recommended!

Great product. I really like it - only thing is that I find it a little squeaky when I roll it with slightly more pressure. Aside from that, super happy and use all the time! It is especially useful for jaw tension.

Smooth side is SUPER squeaky which makes it really annoying to use. Also not cool to the touch and stone warms up really quickly when using it even after storing it in the refrigerator. :(
