Q: Are the connection sma male or sma female?

it's a sma female. Replaces Factory Standard Antenna and Boosts the Range of your Router as much as 4xFits all routers, access points, VOIP devices and PCI cards with an SMA male connection. I have maybe 30 router antenna a there all the same. The antennas can only be use for 2.4gb wifi.dennis 73

Q: What is the length of this antenna ?

The antenna is 19' long. It did not solve my problem of limited wi-fi in part of the house; I had to have a jack installed after trying various solutions, but it was inexpensive and worth a try. Someone told me it worked will in her house.

If you mean use this antenna and a smaller original antenna on 2 antenna ports of the same AP, then I think you will get increased range for the AP but with only N-150 speeds. N-300 requires 2 antenna paths working. You probably wouldn't notice any speed difference though. Try it, won't hurt anything, let us know.

Q: Will this antenna fit a centurylink technicolor c2000t?

Don't know for sure but if you still have a Radio Shack, or look on line for an adapter.
