So Comfortable, So Glad I Found These!
I recently purchased a pair of metatarsal pads from another supplier, and while they worked okay, they did not give me the cushioned support I needed. I saw these on Amazon and although there were no reviews, I decided to try them. They worked so much better for me than the previous ones I had purchased and came with two pairs instead of one for almost $8.00 less. The gel pad is thicker and far more cushioned. I highly recommend these for anyone who suffers from Morton's neuroma or bunions causing the toes to rub against one another. These provided just enough padding to lift the ball of my foot up to separate the toes. I took a 4.3 mile walk yesterday with them on and hardly knew I was wearing them.

Not for heavy use
I've had these for a little while now and they're what you could expect from a cheaper metatarsal pad. I work in a factory with 12 hour days of lots of walking and moving around. These were a shot in the dark for my foot pain. I didn't expect much however they worked out much better than anticipated. They lasted about a month of alternating daily use (2 pairs). The little toe strap things broke because, duh, thin strips of gel silicone don't hold up in work boots with lots of movement. They did fix my foot pain! Until I could use them anymore. These would be great for light use definitely but not for what I was using them for.

Yuck
Something is sketchy here. This product had lots of great reviews, and I just don't understand why. They fit fine, but after wearing them for awhile, they actually start to hurt the balls of my feet. The pads have holes in them, for breathability, I assume, but they end up creating a sensation like little bits of my feet are being squeezed with tweezers. In addition, they didn't provide relief from the foot pain I was experiencing. Granted, I was standing on my feet for 10 hours, but still - I didn't experience any improvement wearing these. I ended up buying inserts for my shoes instead.

Great relief!
I love the feel of these and find that they greatly reduce my foot pain. I recommend making sure your shoes are tied snuggly as the good squishy feel can make your foot initially feel as if it’s sliding around in your shoe. I only wish the toe piece was more durable. I walk 6+ miles at work daily , these pads are great!

Less than one day of usage
I’ve used a couple of different brands and this one did not hold up. They slid around on my foot, caused blisters in the spots where they bunched up, and tore apart by the time I went to take them off (about 10 hours of wear.) Definitely do not recommend.

The Smatis Metatarsal Pads are SO COMFORTABLE!
I was having terrible Morton's Neuroma pain for days now. I put on these pads just one day and the pain is getting much less now. It is so comfortable and thin. I wore it under my socks then put on my sneakers and was able to walk without pain. I washed it in cool water and softsoap liquid and it is now drying. It says there is powder on them to make them comfortable. I didn't see any powder, but after it drys I may put corn starch on it or get baby cornstarch.

Great product
I love this product and the fact that you get 4 pads per order. They seem a bit sturdier than others I have used. A note of caution....be gentle taking any foot covering off or when taking the pad off and they will last longer. Should note that my neuromas are pretty bad and doing all I can to avoid surgery, but these have allowed me to participate in my exercise and Zumba classes more fully. I am very happy with them.

Don't work with socks
These fit fine on my Mens size 11.5 foot and they felt great . . . as long as I wasn't wearing socks with my shoes. They just bunch up like crazy when you try to put your socks on! Had to return them . . . since I wear socks with my shoes.
