Of the hundreds of purchases I have made on-line, this is only about the third that I have ever taken the time to post a review on. I purchased this vest through my Amazon Prime account. I arrived in 3 days (AWESOME!). There was no foul smell as noted by buyers of other mailed leather goods. It appears to be make quite well. I am a 6' - 250 LB guy and I purchased a XXXL based upon recommendations from others who felt the sizing was smaller than normal. I fit comfortably in an XXL shirt and jacket normally and this vest fit perfectly. In fact, I was able to tighten up the side lacing as much as it could be, and it is an excellent fit. It has plenty of zip and snap pockets. I ride with a i-Phone 7 Plus (fairly large phone), a wallet and a .38 snub nose in a pocket holster. All 3 items have very nice, comfortable homes in this vest. Lastly, I have not shopped for a riding vest in a walk-in store, and have only really held one in my hand at a local Rural King (yes, they have motorcycle apparel - great store). The Rural King vest was of similar quality but cost twice the price. I will proudly wear this around my buddies who's vests cost $100+. I would buy it again without hesitation (as I likely will if I can drop 30 LBS over the winter). Ride safe and God's blessings fellow riders. Alan

Ok so I thought I would order this vest to perhaps wear under a jacket to keep warm while riding. For 38 bucks you really can’t expect much....right! Let me tell you I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this vest. It is fairly heavy grade with a nice lining. Lots of pockets with decent zippers. The fit is right on for me. I usually wear and xxl t shirts and sweatshirts. Leather needs to usually be sized up one size. So a xxxl fit me pretty darn close to perfect. I will say the leather lacings that lace up the sides are pretty cheap but you can get high quality leather lacing right here on Amazon. It may hold up just fine but it is a bit thin. All in all this is truly a bargain for 38 bucks. Heck I would have paid twice that and been happy. Oh.... and yes it is REAL leather and nice and supple not stiff. This is a five star product for the price!!

I am very pleased with my purchase. It is well made and I am especially happy with the price. I had looked at other more expensive ones but took a chance and settled on this one.The sizing is true. Some have said they run a little small and to order a size up. I ordered my regular size and it fits nicely. Actually it is a little loose but that is easily fixed with the leather side straps.Pockets are plentiful on this vest and there are two nice sized pockets on the inside for concealed carry. I carry a Glock 32 and it fits with no problem at all.If you are looking for a good vest without spending high end. This is a great vest.

Very nice vest. The leather seems to be of good quality and the vest is well constructed. The snaps close securelyPlenty of pockets. I bought this due to the fact it had concealed carry pockets on the inside. The sizing is perfect. I'm 5'8", 190 lbs. and ordered the XL 44-46 vest. It fits like it was tailor made.I will add patches sold separately and will have a vest comparable to that "name brand" vest for just a small fraction of the price.Update May 2018: Bought a second one. It's that good. The fit and quality is just as good as the first one I ordered.

Beautiful vest. Husband loves it. Loads of pockets and spot for concealed carry A+ . Bought a name patch also. Ordering one for myself.

I expected it to fit big as I ordered the size way big but it actually fits. I wear a 3XT and ordered a 5X. Conceal carry will be troublesome unless I carry in front or small arms in vest. Excellent quality and super quick service/shipping. Would recommend with care to be taken with the sizing.

This vest is made of thick, durable leather that fits comfortably on my 6'1 frame. The leather is stiff, needing some break in time to really be comfortable. The stitching and build quality is superb, the buttons robust and satisfying, and plenty of pockets for all your odds and ends.

Just received my vest yesterday and I love it! I ordered an XXL and it was a perfect fit. The leather is good quality and thick enough for road wear. It looks really sharp and has lots of pockets on the inside. While not specified as such, I can see it used well as a conceal carry vest too with a large button close pocket on either side of the inner lining, BONUS! I got this to become my new American Legion Riders member vest and the cut is perfect for that. It's so nice I might get another just for wearing on its own right.
