This is a perfect match and easy install for a 2010 Audio A3. It seems to be even better than the original. Old one popped right off and new one popped right in. Matched interior perfectly as well.

Fits Audi as promised
The front plastic latch on my console had broken and the part is no longer available from Audi. They did offer a replacement console for $375 when all I needed was the lid or simply a latch. Amazingly, this replacement part was on Amazon. And it fits, and it snapped into place. Problem solved for $21.

2007 Audi A3 S-line (Upgraded Leather Seats from a 2012 GTI)
I have replaced my armrest with the Audi original part at least twice because the latch broke within months of install. My last replacement was a decade ago. After my 3rd OEM latch broke, I located an aluminum latch fabricated by another Audi enthusiast. Unfortunately, I have not been able to locate this guy again and by all accounts they have since disappeared and is no longer offering the latch upgrade.The leatherette eventually degraded causing me to have it recovered in microsuede. The installer damaged the armrest and I decided to take a plunge and replace it with this cost effective aftermarket item.This product both feels and appears as good as OEM. It matches the GTI full leather seats in both color and texture. That said, I cannot say how well they would match the leatherette seats that were originally in my S-line.I have decided to leave the plastic latch in place to see how long it lasts. I will amend this review when it eventually breaks. Surely, it couldn’t break any sooner than the OEM latch.At any rate, I am very happy with this product, quality, fit and finish, and I highly recommend this part. Install was about 3 minutes as I was careful about aligning the pegs to their location in the armrest. As I recall you could buy about 10 of these for the price of the OEM armrest. At this price, I may buy another for backup. Not too bad if you can’t locate an alloy latch to completely fix the design failure; definitely better than dropping the cash for break prone OEM product.Update Aug 18, 2023Still functioning and the latch still perfectly functional. The pad lacks sufficient padding but easily forgivable given the cost. Extremely happy.Update Aug 9, 24:Clip finally broke. I did baby it knowing how fragile it is designed. Ordering another as the price is so reasonable.

It's pretty good overall. Easy to install and really close in color and pattern. Nice quick upgrade to an aging interior.
